Integrated Intervention Programme for Rimini AR_2a redevelopment area

The aim of the integrate intervention Programme is to build a coordinated strategic project for the redevelopment prospected by the PSC (Rimini structural plan) for AR2 area, by identifying the transformation areas and defining their building potential, functions, urban design guidelines and intervention phases.

This proposal represents an application to the PIERS (Public Housing Integrated Programme). The concept's aim is to rebuild an urban fabric in continuity with the context, following four fundamental goals: social and functional integration, increase of residential space in the central areas of the city, environmental sustainability and to enhance the attractiveness and urban quality.
