Urban planning consultancy activities aimed at preparing a proposal for a strategic Masterplan, based on a scenario where future functions, arrangements, and transformation hypotheses for the short and medium term are defined. The "Strategic Masterplan" will serve as the reference for the PUG (Urban Planning Document) under development and for the implementation procedures.
