The project, led by the Central Riyadh Development Company (CADC) and fully backed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), establishes strategies, design guidelines, and transformation rules to ensure the sustainable conservation and enhancement of the area's cultural, historical, and urban landscape. Its goal is to revitalize Central Riyadh, improve residents' quality of life, and position the area as a premier destination within the capital of Saudi Arabia.
